You are a college starter, my congratulations to you. You are excited and a little bit nervous before the first days of your education in college. Well, such a feeling is an attribute of any starter.

However, sometimes the impression about the college may be spoiled because of the starter is just lost within the buildings of the college. He or she is not able to find a student office, a library, or just a study room, he or she starts to panic, and because of that he or she feels unhappy and lonely. He or she starts to miss home, ad so on and so force. The only desire of the starter is to go back home. It is very unpleasant feeling, believe my experience.

However, there is a way to avoid such a situation while being a starter. If you want to feel yourself rather confident and comfortable during the first days living in college, I recommend you to get acquainted with the college before the beginning of the studying year. Attend the college in summer; spend some time there. Take an excursion, make friends with some older students, and you will see that your accommodation period is not going to be so awful and painful.
